About 17 + years ago I started to offer private instruction as a service. My name is Tyler Schill and I have an amazing background in playing, coaching, & learning from all my colleagues. I thank each one of them and truly want you to learn from this video immediately...

Tyler taught me the basic mechanics to a proper swing. I came to school as a raw hitter with many flaws and in a short time I saw results. He turned me into a polished hitter with solid fundamentals which in return always gave me a chance at the plate. On the defensive side of the game this really took off with the work of Tyler. I came to school making way too many errors and didn't really understand the little nuances of how to play defense. By the end of my time being coached by Tyler I earned a scholarship to Michigan State and was Big10 defensive infielder of the year.
